Welcome to our festival. Please read the following policies carefully before attending.


Ticketing & Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable, except in special circumstances at the organiser’s discretion.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing
  • Requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed
  • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
  • Duplicate tickets will not be issued


Entry Terms

By entering the festival, you agree to the following:

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry
  • Bag checks and security searches may take place
  • No re-entry once you leave the event
  • Anti-social or unsafe behaviour will result in removal without refund
  • All items are subject to security discretion


Health & Safety

Your safety is important to us:

  • First aid services are available on-site
  • Emergency exits and procedures are clearly marked
  • Follow all staff instructions and signage
  • The event may be paused or stopped for safety reasons
  • Expect loud music, crowds, and lighting effects


Accessibility

We aim to make the event accessible for everyone:

  • Accessible entry points and facilities are available where possible
  • Contact us in advance for additional support
  • Carer/companion access can be arranged upon request


Photography & Filming

Please note:

  • Photography and video recording will take place at the event
  • Content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Speak to staff on the day if you have concerns


Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy:

  • Data is handled in line with Universe ticketing and Trafford Centre policies
  • Used only for event management and communication
  • Compliant with UK GDPR regulations


Sustainability

We are committed to reducing our impact:

  • Recycling and waste reduction measures are in place
  • Please dispose of waste responsibly
  • We aim to improve sustainability each year


Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless required by law
  • Event details (line-up, timings) may change


Drugs & Alcohol

This is a family-friendly event:

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
  • Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and in line with UK law
  • Intoxicated or disruptive individuals may be removed


Safeguarding

We prioritise safety for all attendees:

  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • Report any concerns to event staff immediately
  • Appropriate action will be taken to ensure safety
